The rates for renting The Summit House are ($350/night plus 10% tax $350) $385.00 with a two night minimum. Weekly rental is discounted rate of $1800 + tax = $1980.00.
The rates for renting the Cabin in Clouds. Per night ($125 plus 10% tax $12.50) $137.50/night with a two night minimum, $275.00 for two nights. Weekly $700 plus 10% tax = $770.00
The Lake Desoto house is ( $350 plus $33.25 tax) per night with a two night minimum. Weekly ( $1950 plus tax) or total of $2135.25.
When you pack to come you will need your favorite toiletries, paper products, personal items, soap for bath, and kitchen. Call us the day before you come for the keypad number. 479-747-1200 Cynthia
Please leave our house in good shape for our next guest, thank you.
1. Please place used bed sheets and towels near machine.
2. If you move the furniture, please put it back where it was.
3. Check out is 11 am. if not OK'ed for later.
4. Leave Kitchen clean,
(dishes washed and put away.)5. Bag all garbage and put in green box near stone shed.
6. Please sign guest book.
7. Please close and lock doors and windows as you leave.
